Webinar by Prof. Dr. Robin Nunkoo

We have the pleasure of announcing one more joint event under the Memorandum of Understanding between GLA University and AIDASCO. Prof. Dr. Robin Nunkoo will have an online lecture on January 22nd 2022, on the topic “Mega Trends Influencing Word Tourism: Some Reflections”. The lecture starts at 10:00 AM (MUT) || 11:30 AM (IST) || 07:00 (CET) || and it will be live-streamed through the AIDASCO website. The registration for this event is available at the following link:

Dr. Robin Nunkoo is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management, University of Mauritius, Mauritius. Prof. Nunkoo is trained as an economist with a specialization in political economy. His current research activities are related to the interplay among citizens’ trust in government and institutions, power issues in development, political support for the development, and government policies. Corruption in government, citizens’ voting behavior, political party affiliations in democratic economies, are also in the focus of Prof. Nunkoo. 

Prof. Nunkoo also serves as Managing Editor of the Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management and has rich international collaboration with researchers from Washington State University (USA), University of Waterloo (Canada), University of London (UK) and with researchers in the South Korean’s government.
