MSC Saba Ajmal
Ms. Saba Ajmal has more than 10 years of research and teaching experience in the field of English Literature. She is working as Lecturer at Department of Humanities and Basic Sciences, University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, New Campus-KSK, Pakistan since January- 2013. She did MPhil and MA in English Literature with distinction and honors. She is author of number of journal, book chapters and conference papers related to Possible-worlds Theory that decentralizes earth/human from the traditional model of the universe, can help understanding the literature written in absurd tradition. Currently, she is exploring literature and culture through interdisciplinary application of scientific theories and developing skills in the area of digital humanities, technology decentralizing and encroaching human, and 4E cognition.
She has received various competitive awards during academic and professional career including Bronze Medal Award, Highest Achiever Award, Winner of Painting Competition and Best Judge Award at declamation contests. As a volunteer, she reviewed and proof read many research articles related to arts, science, engineering and humanities field. She has also served as Review Editor in the International Conference on Mechanical Engineering (ICME-2020) held in Jan 2020 at UET Lahore, Pakistan. Additionally, she is also in-charge of correspondence at the department and coordinator for career counselling of the students.
