MSc Jelena Tepavčević was born on March 3, 1991, in Vrbas. Since 2016, she is a PhD student in hotel management at the Faculty of Sciences, Novi Sad, Serbia. Since 2018, she has been engaged as Research Assistant at Faculty of Sciences, Department of Geography, Tourism and Hotel Management. Since 2020, she is a member of Supervisory Board of EGEA Novi Sad – European Geography Association – for Students and Young Geographers. 

She is interested in qualitative and quantitative analysis of online reviews of customers, information technology in the hotel industry and digital marketing.
